Quality

Founded in 2002, C&N PET, as a global PET film manufacturer and supplier, has grown to become one of the leading PET film .

PET Film which is also known as BOPET Film is manufactured by using high quality Resins and state of art technology. The film has excellent mechanical & thermal stability, because of which it is a preferred substrate for various applications. The company is chiefly engaged in manufacturing and supplying Pet Films of excellent quality for Yarn, Packaging and Electrical applications. We offer these Pet Films in different specifications (high tensile strength, chemical and dimensional stability, transparency, reflectivity, gas and aroma barrier properties, and electrical insulation), in order to suit various requirements of the clients.

We are conducting a strict set of quality management policy incorporated by the company. According to the policy, all our products have to go through tight checkups at every stage of production to ensure that products reach in the hands of the customers with best quality.

During the manufacturing process our onsite quality control consists of analytical, microscopy, and laboratory to insure quality and consistency.

For every single lot,we provided COA with the shipment.Click for sample of pet film, polyester COA

● Test Conditions
Four types of film with different thicknesses (9µm, 38µm, 50µm, and 75µm) were tested. The resulting test force increased with the thickness of the film (see table). As evident from the stress graphs however, the high strength value was only for the 9µm sample. In addition, the 9µm sample had the smallest maximum elongation, while the others had similar, large values. The films must be drawn in order to thin them, but it appears that the 9µm sample from this test will lose elasticity during the drawing process, turning into a hard membrane.

● Conclusion
High functional resins including films come in many different varieties, and are involved in a number of research and development projects. Be sure to take advantage of the AG-X for the evaluation of high functional resins.
